Sometimes, well, most of the time, honesty.... I'm at the end of my rope. As a teenager I was diagnosed with bipolar disorder. My last pregnancy wasn't this bad, but a lot in my life and within me personally has changed. This is supposed to be a happy time. Yet,I am overwhelmed with my sadness, tears, and suicidal thoughts. I have begun to hallucinnate and lose myself in my thoughts. I often forget where I am, or what the date is....am I truly as alone as I feel? Help me....

You need to see your pdoc right away!! If you want to harm yourself, that is a red flag.

You need to contact your OB/GYN ASAP..... Usually they can see you same day if your having these problems .. It will also help to get into seeing a pdoc sooner then if you called yourself. This is nothing to play with or put off.
Please call your OB right now , you need help now !

There are meds you can go on during pregnancy if the situation is serious, which it definitely is. Get in to see a doc. This is not all about you anymore.

hi, I wonder why ? Could you explain me in detail? I have no clue why you are thinking like that? have you any body with you to support you morally, emotionally and physically?
Pl tell me when you feel like that, what is the biggest issue to deal with? Without this information, it is very difficult to advise you. take care. thx

I am homeless, bringing a new life into the world, I'm 2000 miles away from my closest family, I'm just a wreck, and I can't see my dr for a few more weeks, when i can get on Medicaid.

You new to go to the er and explain what is going on. You most likely be held but they'll help you get emergency medical assistance, treatment and temporary housing.
