I had the worst day since I had to go to the hospital in July. At least I feel lucky that I did not end up in the hospital today. I wish the terrible physical feelings inside would stop. I was really hurting badly this morning.

I don't know how much longer I can take feeling this ill.

I am so sorry to hear you are suffering so much. The important thing right now is to stay safe. Do you have a therapist or psychiatrist you can talk to about your symptoms. It is much better being in hospital than being dead - and I write this from inside a psychiatric hospital. This illness can be awful but there is always hope that with time and the right help we will begin to enjoy this life and have less down days. Hang in there!!

Wander,
Thank you for your compassion. I hope you are soon discharged from the hospital and feeling better. It is so hard when the depression and SI thoughts get a tight grip on me, they just don't seem to let go. I do have 2 Pdocs and a therapist, and even a care manager from my insurance plan. I was in the hospital in May, June and twice in July. It was the worst summer for me. Now I am trying to stay out of the hospital, but if one of my care givers tells me I need to go back in, I will. Hugs. Viv.
