Mornings I'm hypo. Bouncy and cheerful and happy. I take my meds, and I level out and I'm pleasant and "normal" and productive. Then night comes. I get just plain tired and apathetic. And it all starts again in the morning. This just started a couple of weeks ago. I tried telling my program pdoc and t, but I don't think I explained it well. I discharged today. I have my intake with my regular outpatient t tomorrow. I'm going to talk to her and try to explain it better, see if I can get her attention on it. It just feels like I'm cycling on a daily basis. Hoping I'm not the only one?

I definitely isolate at night. I always figured it was from overstimulation from the day most days. I even need to isolate a little at social gatherings sometimes because of that. Otherwise it turns into agitation for me and it's no bueno.

Cymbalta, 60mg -- for the depression.
Latuda, 40mg -- for the paranoia (delusional type).
Adderall, 40mg XR & 5 mg reg -- for the ADD.
Xanax, .5 mg as needed -- for the anxiety.
Topamax, 50mg -- still figuring this one out.

MDD, but possibly have some form of Bipolar Disorder. Then again, I could be paranoid . . .

Well, at least I still have my sense of humor.

I just can't do evenings. I have to lay down. Mornings I am decent but not peppy. Still recovering I guess.
