Hey friends...I've been back in a dark depression since May and I'm currently in the hospitals iop program. I've been screaming for a new anti depressant for months as I feel the lexapro I've been on no longer works. Even my own pdoc wouldn't fix it but that is another story. My question is have any of you had luck with cymbalta? The hospital pdoc just put me on it...not sure how it will work. Thx for yr feedback

littlemiss1970, I have treatment resistant depression. Cymbalta has been the only antidepressant that has worked for me. I wish you the very best of luck!

I have used Cymbalta in the past and found it to be successful in treating depression. Hope it works for you.

I love it! I think it's the best AD there is! I have treatment resistant depression as well, and it works for me...best of luck!

Lithium also augments the ADs and has helped me as well!
