Hey guys
![]() Another month passed by and I am once again in "the hell" of period+mood swings (YAAY NOT!). I am noticing more restlessness...am not really capable of doing something for long period of time, I get bored quickly therefor I am chaning what I'm doing often (10min reading a book, 10min watching tv, 10min staying on my com etc..) HELLO?? I am noticing something when in a swing. It happens all together. I start feeling sad with no reason, then I start asking myself WHAT IF I'll get anxiety attack, then further on I am not confident about my past decisions and about my future decision which I was planing to make BEFORE going into swing. Does this make any sense at all? Do help with your thoughts... ![]() |

I read somewhere, probably Web MD, that bipolar women frequently have worse PMS symptoms than others. I guess it's due to hormone fluctuations. Unfortunately, I don't know what to tell you to do about it.
If you're seeing a pdoc, or any doctor actually, you should mention it. There are several meds, lots of SSRIs, which are supposed to help with PMS.
