Yesterday I totally lost it. Had a minor court cast in the morning. All settle. But I was feeling manic all the way there. It was a. 3 hour drive. When I got home I had a total meltdown. Shaking, couldn't breathe. Mind racing and uncontrolable sobbing. I really wanted to end it. Paranoid that everyone was pointing and talking about me. Had to got to the ER and get sedated. Worst day I've ever had. The wanted to admit me to psych ward but my Fiancé and I both said no. She is my Angel. Today is better. Putting more of the past behind me

That sounds like a terrifying experience Jayv. So sorry you had to go through that but glad you made it through safely. It sounds like some sort of severe panic attack with the mania. Hope you keep feeling better. Take care and keep posting if it helps.
