I wonder if anyone has tried aromatherapy and found it to help. What specific aromas have worked for you? For agitation? For anxiety? For depression? I remember this being used for a massage that was done to me. I think it helped me.

lavender/vanilla is very calming! Peppermint soothes me too. lemon is energizing.

I have a co-worker who is a certified herbalist & aromatherapist.
She made me a citrus based body mist to spray on the back of my
neck in the morning, and it is so energizing

Yes it is. Lemon and orange . Any citrus. I use essentials too. Francencince is for calming and meditation
