Feeling manic. Hate the weather. Hate all day. Cant wait for it to be over. Hate my mother. Want to disappear. They are threatening to kick me out yet again. My friend has stopped talking to me. I cant do life this week. Feeling overwhelmed by the weather and maybe manic braib and now the rest of this. Help. I feel trapped.

I do the same thing. Watch a bunch of shows at once. It is a good distraction.

I live in the pacific NW and the weather is changing here as well. SAD light? I have heard that changing all you lightbulbs in the house to full spectrum lights can help.

Day going ok. I took a cool pic of a tiny grasshopper. Still out with second friend. Going ok. Need dinner though.

Went out to dinner. Omg. I couldnt stop talking nonsense and i barely ate my food. I was singing too. Felt like everything was surreal again.

Sorry you are feeling so bad moose and that you have to wait so long to see your pdoc. Can you get an emergency appointment? Keep distracting yourself and stay safe.

I dont know about the emergency appointment. I see t on tuesday. I did talk to a good friend last night. He talked me down enough so i could sleep. I said if I were there id say oogabooga and kiss him. He laughed. Im still feeling aggitated. I slept until 10. I feel bad things are after me. But mostly restless gotta get moving every second and its internal too and its not comfortable. Does latuda do that?

Was at dinner at a restaurant with my youngest. Couldnt stop dancing and moving. Arg this sucks. Pdoc hasnt called me.

Tried jumping off a balcony. I can fly. Only now psych er wants to see me.

Just out of psych hospital. Diagnosis of schizoaffective bipolar type and akathisia. Took me off Zyprexa and added inderal for the akathisia. I feel mostly better. Insurance refused to pay anymore so i had to go.
