Does anyone else have the sensation of time having slowed to a crawl. If so what do you do to combat it?

I get days like that sometimes. I hate when my mind and time play tricks on me. I once had this strange feeling - it was 11am on a Thursday but I could have sworn it was 2pm on Friday. It felt like I was living in the future and the past at the same time. It was such a weird feeling and I couldn't shake it. That day, time crept by so slowly. It's a strange feeling when you feel the world and life moving normally but the clock ticks so much slower. I have no idea what can be done about those kinds of days as it seems, at least in my experience, that the more you do, the busier you are, the slower time goes by. Is that true for you guys too (that the more you try to do to take your mind off it or speed up your day, the slower time goes)?

I can only share what seems to help. Not solve. I get out and do things and ppl watch. Time still slow but at leAst doing something. I try to read or computer games. Have not found relief through that. Matter of fact. Lack concentration at those times and become more aware of symptoms which kind of stinks
