I found this today. I'm putting it on my son's phone too. It's moodlytics and it's free.

It's. A bunch of Smileys to set your mood, It can remind you every hour (asks you if you still feel x or want to enter a new feeling) , asks you why, who current feeling is directed to and how long, ans lets you add notes. It doesn't do intensity, or anything like that but I don't track by episode.

MoodyMe is also really good. You can chart your moods ranging from manic to depressed and everything in between, and it has a journal feature and the ability to record your emotions/symptoms for any given day. I use it several times a day, as my mood fluctuates quite a bit.

Lately I've been using Moodtrack. I like the graph on that one a lot, but I've yet to find one app that completely satisfies all I want in a mood tracking app.
