Hi everyone
 My question for you today is, is it possible, that after almost 4 weeks of taking Abilify, side effects can START TO SHOW? I had practicly none of them when I started taking it. Now I simply don't know what's happening. Thanks guys hold on!

I had the same problem with Abilify. I was fine in the beginning but then it made me extremely anxious and irritable and I had to go off of it

Weird thing is it? It's like I felt the difference right away, the same day I took it (!!!) and went just up, and up and up....now after period...went down, i am hoping to go up and up again. i can't get worse, only better i presume.
i am putting my hopes high on Abilify Skitz, I hope I won't get off this med cus it really helped. but i presume i'll need a higher dosage.. stay well

On 26th of August Love...
THe substitute pdoc wrote in my last check up that I have less and not as strong swings, she is right, things are calming down...I am hoping for the best... I might lift both med's up to stable me even more. I am on such a small dosage...the smallest one that exists |

My side effects happened right away and after being on Abilify for six months I still have them; insomnia, akathesia, and anxiety.

How much are you taking? I was started on 2 mg daily about a week ago. Plans are to bump it up to 5 mg in a couple of weeks. If I'm okay at 5, I don't want to go any higher.
So far no side effects, perhaps because I'm on such a low dose. Let us know how it goes.

I went the abilify route, I think as my third attempted medication. Felt pretty good for the first few weeks, maybe a month, then the akathesia, paranoia, and anxiety started kicking in. Went to the doc and she took me off asap.

I had a very bad reaction to abilify,, nervous and wanted to crawl out of my skin was only on 2mg and quite them after two weeks.Problem want away..

I'm having fewer side effects on Abilify than anything else in recent times. No jerking limbs but that might be due to using Skelaxin (which costs a fortune). Left foot still seizes though.
