I hate feeling so lethargic. I think my body is just adjusting to the med changes we made Monday. Plus I'm not taking half a muscle relaxer for sleep anymore. So, I'm sure it's just the jolt my body is getting with 1/3 less effexor, no half a muscle relaxer, and adding DepakoteER...but it sucks big time. I slept most of the day till 1:30PM and could sleep several more hours if I let myself. This sucks big time. Anyway hope tomorrow is better. It's weird to feel both lethargic and wired at the same time.

Been there.
I understand your frustrations.
Lately my downs, have been in the depths of despair.
I'll see my shrink soon.
At the moment, I'm so sick & tired of being sick & tired.
It seems my ups & down change throughout the day.
I'm up one moment, down the next.
Anyway, I'm babbling.
Just wanted you to know I care & understand.
Thanks for reading.
That's just me.
*big friendship hug*

Throughout my withdrawal from Temazepam I have often felt really fatigued but also kind of wired at the same time. The recent taper made it more pronounced where I wanted to just curl up on the floor in a fetal position and just rest because I was so fatigued, drained, exhausted... but the energy to go run a mile, do a workout was there, physically, but the whole time I'd just be so damned tired...it definitely sucks.

Urghhhhhhh I'm in the same boat as lethargy from a change in meds and dosages. Think I've practically slept the last 3 days away, almost. I'm just giving it time and waiting for my body to adjust, which I have been told it will. Hrmmmm.
