I have not been on here in a really long time. I was doing so well. But, It's back. I have depression and am paranoid. Went to the doctor and he upped my Abilify to 10mg and my Viibryd to 40mg. I hope this works. It was so nice feeling well for awhile.

Hi Charly, I'm sorry you're having these difficulties. I hope the increased dose of medication helps you, and quickly. Meanwhile I and many others are sending our good wishes, and are here to support and listen to you.

all the best,
Randy
