How many of you have pushed yourself into hypomania after losing a loved one? I recently lost 3 loved ones including my therapist I've known since I was a child and my birth mother. I couldn't cope and did A LOT of self medicating. that may play into it as well. the last death was almost a month ago and I thought I was coming out of the worst of the grieving but now I'm realizing that its more. I've been hyper and goofy as well ad way more active and social both physically and mentally. It just feels so good after everything that's happened

I have pushed self into mania as well when avoiding. Does not normally last long for me though. Hope you can work through this in a productive way. Be safe.
