It's been awhile since I've posted on here. Things are going OK. My band has been playing a lot and I started back to work today. The sobriety is hard. But, it's worth it. 800mg of Seroquel and 600 mg of lithium at night and vyvance in the morning seems to be working. My boss told be to take it slow for awhile and he was glad to have me back. I work independently from my home so I have a lot of flexibility with my hours. The highs aren't so high and the lows aren't so low now. I'm 49 years old and feel like I'm starting my life over

Good for you. It sounds like you are giving yourself self-love
Easy to say, but hard to do
