Thanks to BipolaRNurse for convincing me that blogging and not facebook is the way to go. I had a facebook advocacy page - 10 likes in less than a month, which is probably good enough, but I hated the format (only a tiny bit of text is visible) and hated that people would not comment because of lack of anonymity. Blogging solves both problems.

The mental health advocacy page is called Living-well-despite-or-even-thanks-to-mood-and-anxiety-disorders/

Admittedly, this is far from an elegant title.

When WordPress prompted me to come up with a title, I literally surprised myself by blurting out

"Living well no matter what".
LivingWellNoMatterWhat | mental wellness

I was so very happy, for numerous reasons.

1) it is very upbeat

2) it is far shorter (I am embarrassed that I titled the FB page using so many words)

3) it does not specify which illnesses would be covered

4) it does not even talk about mental illness in the title, just in the description - "no matter what" can be any kind of very serious challenge

5) It is what I am trying to do now, amidst horrifying situational stuff that I won't go into now but that wakes me up anxious at 4AM.

So YAY to me!

The main idea is to apply project management principles (which I know professionally) to the challenges of mental illness.

Pragmatic problem-solving, basically.

OK, now I need to change the signature.
