If there is anyone else taking lithium citrate, a helpful hint:

It comes in a HUGE bottle. And we are busy people! theres no way to carry on with life and lug that bottle for doses after meals if youre out and about. Heres what I did:

Walked up to my local pharmacy where its filled and asked for a very small liquid prescription bottle. The lady even printed a label for it. I just refill it as needed and can stick it in my purse with a plastic spoon. If I go out with friends? Excuse myself and go to the bathroom for the dose!

Done! easy!
Thanks for this!

I should say....use a measuring spoon you can get from pharmacy to take it. Regular teaspoons are not accurate and you want to make sure you are getting the right dose!
