I have been posting a lot this week and want to thank you all for being there- just knowing I am not alone in this boat is nice.

Yesterday was the first day in a long time that my brain felt "normal"- it was quiet and calm. I didn't feel depressed, didn't feel the need to do "bad" things to shake life up, and just felt more like me. A week ago I decided to change my image and ordered new clothes from etsy. When I got them yesterday I couldn't imagine what I was thinking when I bought them. They are so not my style- another sign that hopefully this hypo/mixed episode is on it's way out.

At least for now. I know it will return, and for all I know tomorrow I could be on here depressed and needing help, but at least for this moment, right now, I feel better.

I second that ozzy. And savor the good days, even while you work to make them more common!
