When will that start happening? When? I'm so exhausted. I wish I could sleep for a month. I wish I could hit a reset button and start living again. I wish I could look at the morning daylight and think, "Yes, another day!" and be happy for the possibilities of living. But this isn't living. This is hell. I want out.

You're right inflammable - the phase you're feeling isn't living, it's more like torture.

Unfortunately with the ups come the downs.

This will not last forever, although it can feel like it's lasting forever when you're in the midst of darkness.

I'm not sure what I can say other than to reassure you that this is not permanent. It never is.

Take it easy.

Oh honey. I'm sending you a mental hug. I know where you are, I don't know what put you there, but it's been 5 years for me and I'm still searching. My kindred spirits, I'm so glad to have you all. I understand you my dear, and somehow you understand me. Message me any time Angel.
Thanks for this!

I know it seems like it will never end but the cycle will end. Take baby steps and hang in there. Do something for you.

Thank you all. I've been feeling down like this for several months now. I'm just trying to take it day by day. I really appreciate your support. It feels good not to feel so alone.
