I Need A Therapist Daily

I need a therapist every day. Is there such a thing?

A dog.

Daily is a lot. I used to go weekly...now it's every two weeks. Good luck and hope it calms down for you.

A cat has always helped but I get what you're saying! Part of that's the need for stronger coping skills but PC is always here to help

I would like to have a pet, but they are too expensive for my pocket.

I see my therapist once a week.

That's about all I can handle. Don't think I'd cope with every day. I'd become too attached and unable to focus on everyday life challenges if I saw her daily.

I spent two years in a program where I saw my therapist four times a week, which was really helpful for me. It was psychoanalytic/psychodynamic therapy, and psychoanalysis in particular is oriented toward much more frequent sessions than what you typically see.

A PHP program would be a good idea to look into, you would be seeing someone daily and be with others fighting many of the same problems.

Maybe flowers?

Depending where you live. May want to look into an ACT program. They are around and can be available for daily checks. Assertive community treatment team. Hope that helps.

I like growing super hot peppers. If I could turn em into money. I grew me some Carolina Reapers this year. They make Habaneros cry.

Not meaning to be a wise guy or nothing, but flowers are what I prefer to give to a gf on Valentine's Day or perhaps Mother's Day.

A Partial hospitalization program I feel is a good idea. A pound "puppy" usually comes with all his/her shots and fixed. If you get an older "puppy" they are usually potty trained. Dog food for my pet is $30 every 2 months. I'd be less if she want 45 lbs. greyhound that eat's like a horse. ASPCA also some times has pet food pantry.

PHP is usually daily for 2-3 months until stable.

Am I not stable yet? The clinic nurse told me last Thursday that my medicine was recently increased, therefore to keep taking it and hopefully I'll feel better.
