I hear music in my head
At first it was strange and scary
Now, it is somewhat of a comfort

If the voices start telling you to do destructive things to yourself or another person, that's when you worry ....

What Hooligan said. If they start telling you to do stuff or bullying you, or basically saying anything upsetting, go to the doctor. I used to hear people saying my name, but nothing more. My mum got full-on 24/7 voices that she thought were the neighbours and psychiatrists talking about her in the house next door. She also thought they had her brain wired to a thought-reading machine.

I have audio and visual hallucinations pretty much daily, I don't worry about it unless they increase to the point that I question my ability to handle them myself.

I get auditory hallucinations, mostly during my hypo phases, sounds like people muttering in the next room. I can never quite make out what they're saying. It's mostly just annoying. I've learned to just take my PRN, ignore them, and move on. It's when the voices in my head pop up telling me to hurt myself, then I know I need to see the doctor.
