I've been doing fine for like a week. I even cleaned the house today and i'm feeling super optimistic. I've been going to the gym lately and also i'm planning to go back to college. I only have 2 years left to graduate.
I feel like this time it's for real. Like i can finally achieve all these things if i stay focused. I've been sleeping great lately and i've been trying to stay possitive and started reading a Deepak C. book last week. So... I'm happy. ![]() |

Does your mood cycle, or do you generally find yourself to be a happy person most of the time?

It's very rare for me to stay happy for a whole week and i've been doing fine since i started to be more possitive. It's not like i didn't try this before but i feel like this time i'm gonna make it. |

Have you had hypomania or mania before? It doesn't sound like mania but could be a sign you are swinging in that direction. I am so glad you are happy though. It is wonderful to have a break from being so unwell.

Well, no, not mania in the true sense based on what you've described.
Elevated mood, increased energy, well these would be a precursor for some who experience hyper mania. Which can eventually spiral out of control if left untreated. When do you see your mental health practitioner next? |
