No matter what state I am in I go to bed around same time and wake up same time. I do take xanax and lamictal at night which knocks me out half hour after taking it so maybe that is why I don't have sleep disturbances. When I am depressed I do feel a need for naps though. It just seems sleep is a big concern with my pdoc and I don't have any problems with it- even when hypo I take my night meds and I am out.

I have disrupted sleep cycles according to my mood.
When I'm depressed I just don't have any energy. I sleep long hours and sleep during the day. When I'm hyper I generally require less sleep. I'm keeping a sleep tracker every day at the moment. Even though my mood is getting more stable the amount of time that I sleep varies sometimes quite a bit. |
