This makes no sense to me. Before it was schizoaffective major depressive type. I was reading about bipolar and the only symptom I have of mania is racing thoughts. But that's also a symptom of my panic disorder. Should I ask my doctor about it or just leave it be?

I would bring it up......you have every right to question your diagnosis.....

Mild cognitive impairment

RX:
Celexa 20 mg
Gabapentin 1200 mg
Geodon 40 mg AM, 60 mg PM
Klonopin 0.5 mg PRN
Lamictal 500 mg
Levothyroxine 125 mcg (rx'd for depression)
Trazodone 150 mg
Zyprexa 7.5 mg
