I'm hypomanic and didn't even know there was a such thing. Still coming to terms with it. I'm reading a book called An Unquiet Mind and I feel like I'm reading my own story.
So glad to see this forum and grateful for the advice available and the resources offered. Thanks yall. Stooty |

This forum's good because it allows me to go 'wow that experience was just like how I get'
It has really pushed me to get honest about the evidence about me and bipolar, although there was already a truckload of evidence anyway that I wanted to turn a blind eye to.Haha. it is a great site. Some very caring, helpful people here for sure ![]() |

Welcome! An Unquiet Mind is a fantastic book. I could relate so much too. This site is also incredibly helpful. Have you had a formal diagnosis? Are you in treatment? Hypomania can be fun but it can also get dangerous so I hope you are ok.
