I'm hypomanic and didn't even know there was a such thing. Still coming to terms with it. I'm reading a book called An Unquiet Mind and I feel like I'm reading my own story.

So glad to see this forum and grateful for the advice available and the resources offered.

Thanks yall.

Stooty

This forum's good because it allows me to go 'wow that experience was just like how I get'

It has really pushed me to get honest about the evidence about me and bipolar, although there was already a truckload of evidence anyway that I wanted to turn a blind eye to.Haha.

it is a great site. Some very caring, helpful people here for sure

Welcome! An Unquiet Mind is a fantastic book. I could relate so much too. This site is also incredibly helpful. Have you had a formal diagnosis? Are you in treatment? Hypomania can be fun but it can also get dangerous so I hope you are ok.
