Although i have cyclothymia, i think its more bipolar but my doc says no. Ive been cleaning the house to excess, more energetic at work and 5 hrs sleep is more than enough. I talk to excess and the racing thoughts cant be switched off. This has been 3 days now, really hope i dont drop too quickly like last time.

The highs can feel good.

Holding thumbs that you don't drop as far as you did last time!
