Cymbalta gave me the most severe hypomanic episode of my life. However I was taking it w/o any other medication (especially a mood stabilizer) at the time.

Love Cymbalta, but for the first three weeks, i had the most foul smelling farts. I mean really bad. Sort of if you mixed dog poop, rotten eggs, sewer gas, and an oil refinery all together - that kind of smell
