Does anyone have advice about ADHD meds? I've heard they can be bad for someone with bipolar, especially Ritalin. But what about Strattera? Has anybody ever taken Strattera or any other adhd med without it causing crazy thoughts or anger?

my son takes daytrana patch I believe it has the longest half life. Try strattera and intunive first before going on controlled substances.

I'm on concerta and so far the gf and I haven't noticed and odd thoughts or anger outbursts.

http://forums.psychcentral.com/bipol...med-added.html that is my best advice ....warning......trick i can offer u ADHD drugs are no joking matter .......ritadlin is what they had me on increasing doses about every 2/3 months by the time i was in highschool it was so high gym class i would sleep on the mats .....teacher use to smoke weed with my older brother so he would just give me a C for class when i did that ...........one time i ended up sleeping the whole day there if elane did not come and kick me i would have spent the night sleeping at school |
