My emotions are so all over the place...I started my day off feeling high off life laughing joking loving every minute of it then...I see my dad and the state he's in..I explained this in a previous post on a different forum..but basically he's living with me and he isn't doing too well and it just made a overload of emotions overtake me now I'm tired I can barely focus on doing my college coursework my irritability is back on the rise...I'm trying to keep my head high because there are plenty of reasons of why I should you know....

I can see that you are in a difficult spot right now and I think it's great that you are keeping your head up. Are you on meds and are they working for you or would it help you to see if you can change them up a bit to help level out the roller coaster of emotions.

I agree with jelly-bean. Looking at your meds (if you are on any) with your pdoc would be a good idea right now. You are under immense pressure at the moment (and doing valiantly to keep your head above the water!), and my concern is that you could break if it gets worse. What are you studying? Is it an outlet from the stress or does it just add to it? Take care
