Slow motion ruled me today watching my body perform one second menuvers in 5x and 10x slow motion reaching for the ignition key eventually grasping it, applying backwards force to extract it and initiate its long slow journey to the door handle pulling it as the forearm, cantilevered presses outward till the door responds clearing space for departure, considering the driver's side leg's movement toward same interrupted by an arm carrying its hand to the seatbelt release...waiting...you get the picture. Don't usually indulge with discriptions as not focusing on it is my therapudic rule, but if this rings a bell, know you are not alone. later that day I did all that, locked the door and reach the back of the truck in 12 seconds so remember no matter how down, up (relatively speaking is on the way.

Hi radicle.

I get slow motion when I do not eat enough good food with protein. (avoid carbs and sugars)

Sounds like you are hanging in there. Good for you!

Hello radicle,
Boy I sure can relate! Not only slow motion but each limb feels like it weighs 300 pounds each! Hang in there the wind will catch your sails again.
