I also went through this! It was heartbreaking to realize that most of my phases of ideas were never going to happen. Especially considering the fact that I had no talent in most of the areas I was considering lol. I was going to be an artist, run my own company, etc. Haha I'm more level headed now and more realistic.

I was always a quiet kid. My childhood wasn't bad but I remember feeling anxiety even when I was very young. As I got older and into middle and high school I just shut down. I was a good student but never spoke in class and panic attacks, mood swings and depression started. I often lament that if someone had noticed and I had gotten treatment, how much more bearable school could have been.
