I Thought that Latuda was supposed to help with depression without sending a person into a manic state. I have been on it for about 3 weeks now, at 40 mg. I've been having a terrible time sleeping, and am Incredibly irritable and Shaky and just feeling like I'm off the deep end. I think im going to call my med provider, I just can't function this way. I don't understand though, I really thought this was supposed to help me with my mood stabilizing. Has anyone else had this experience?

I'd call your p-doc right away. I want to say shakiness is a side effect. Everyone has different reactions- I couldn't handle Lamictal although I know it's done wonders for others. Sorry to hear you're going through this!

Subbing to learn about latuda. I'm sorry you're having a hard time with it.

This isn't the first time I've heard or read about this reaction on here.

I hope other members come forward and share their experiences with you.

And that your pdoc investigates this issue.

Take care.
