But not "tooo good", if you know what I mean! My name is Penelope, I'm in my forties and (after being misdiagnosed for many years with anxiety disorder) I have been diagnosed with bipolar disorder. The new diagnosis fits, the meds seem to be working and I am less overwhelmed. A big problem for me right now is addiction to smoking. Aside from my loving family and my pets, writing (a former trigger of mania) has proved enormously helpful as I learn to navigate and enjoy life with BPD. I'm hoping this forum will be useful as well. --PK

Hi, PenelopeK. I know exactly what you mean. I'm in the same place after years of being depressed. A "good mood day" is a great day.
