Hi All,

I just wanted to point out my general health and what I have noticed lately. I took on a basic job working outside which has me exercising daily, getting to the point where I begin to sweat. I have been doing this job for over a month now and in addition to me noticing my moods being more stable, so have others.

Yep, I do feel pretty tired after a full day of it. But I sleep even better, feel fit which makes me feel accomplished, and also feel more laid back and able to cope with struggles better than before.

Still on my medication regime.

Anyway, to all of you I wish you all the best with this annoying illness!

Brilliant.

People always told me exercise was a critical part of recovery. But the issue I found with that was the motivation to carry it out. The solution I have found is to HAVE to do it, with my work, if I don't get on with it, I don't get paid.

Has been working wonders. And like apfei mentions, having a dog must help, they need constant exercise!
