It's scary ,,the stuff helps me I think because now I am not sure my anexity is real or a rebound from the drug itself .. just had to tell someone and you guys are my only outlet..thanks for reading..

I quit klonopin by cutting them in half for a week, in half again for a week, again for a week, etc until I was taking just grains in water. I still had withdrawals doing it this way. cold sweats, dizzy. it wasn't easy and took a couple months but it worked. you might start with 3/4. I wasn't on very much k.

I'm with Kali on trying to wean yourself off the xanax slowly. I am going through the same with Klonopin at the moment. It's been interesting to say the least but much better than trying to go cold turkey.
Good luck!

Coming off any Benzodiazapine is really tough. I agree with the others that you should ween slowly to reduce withdrawal symptoms. Rebound anxiety is certainly one of the withdrawal symptoms but it also can be a return of the anxiety the med was covering. In what way do you see your dream being related to coming off Xanax? Does your pdoc know you are doing this? I wish you all the best.

Me, I think that the ability to park was your mind telling you that you are in control

The not being able to park means that you are in control (driving your car), but that a
battle is coming your way, and that familiar places need to be watched
