I think my therapist was telling me about that. I know for sure she was telling me about the blue light thing and cell phones and computers being the worst at night.

A book I was reading about bipolar 2 and soft bipolar suggested living by the natural light rhythm and stated that it would have a huge positive effect on mood. Can't say I'm willing to give up my lifestyle to try it but it's a compelling argument.
