Just wanted to say it out loud so I will be motivated to follow thru... I resolve to..

1, take my meds and vit d every day
2, to limit my caffeine
3, to eat better
4, to strictly follow my sleep schedule
5, to be good and forgiving to myself
6, to limit my work stress

It sounds like a good plan.

I came up with these:
1. Schedule some fun time every day
2. Stop overthinking
3. Relax more
4. Remember my true worth
5. Be prepared to take a risk
6. Let myself of the hook
7. Take my dreams seriously
8. Be kind to myself and others
9. Keep my sense of humor
10 Appreciate all that I have

I will admit to not having set any resolutions per say.

But I'm feeling motivated to get my new business up and running with a bang in 2015

Thinking that I may quit smoking march 1st...
...stop saying..I should do this or that..and move, make it happen...
I wonder also, if I where to limit the time I spend in front of my pc..if I would get more of what I should do to make things change..Maybe my resolution should be..computer..not more than..1 hour in the morning and 1 hours at night...
