What do i do?? I normally pace around when i'm anxious, or whenever honestly. But i freaking can't. i have to stay still. it is crucial that i take care of my knee so it gets better so i can return to my hobbies. Yes i meditate and do breathing exercises but when i'm in the middle of an episode that's out of the picture. I'm on pain killers and valium which are the only things keeping me sane but i feel guilty because i've just recently overcome drug addictions for those exact drugs and i'm really trying to better my life. My mom has control over the meds so in a way i'm safe but still, i'm taking a lot.

Can you lift weights while you are sitting to burn off some of the extra energy?

Oh, what a horrible situation to be in. I need to pace a lot too and would be going out of my mind if stuck in a chair. I agree with Love&toil; is there any exercise you can do on the couch to burn some of that agitation? Otherwise brain training games to keep your mind occupied, or just any plain game. Hang in there!
