I was thinking Hazelden. Excellent reputation in the recovery community regardless of what you hear about Robin Williams.

Mental Health Services, Addiction Recovery - Hazelden -- Hazelden

I am dual diagnosis and was very happy with Kaiser of Northern CA services but they did not have inpatient.

Fetzima 80mg

Remeron 30mg for sleep
Klonopin .5mg twice a day, cutting this back

I don't know where you live, but there are a couple in British Columbia - Edgewood and the Orchard. I went through Edgewood when I was 20, and it really turned my life around. I haven't been to the Orchard, but i've heard good things about it.

The problem with Edgewood was that i was misdiagnosed as depression, and given medication the made me manic. But i hear they are better with dual diagnosis now, because i was there a long time ago. My friend is dual diagnosis and she went there a few months ago, and she found it helpful. She is in her 30s.
