I think I'm sinking into depression. Just a few days ago I felt like I could do anything. Now I feel like crap and a complete failure. My life is crap.

Hi complexmind

I am sorry that you feel like you are getting more down. I really hate the feelings of depression as I have it, too. Try to remember that thoughts are always changing. I don't know what will help you to feel better so I will send hugs from afar. (((hugs)))

I know it's been said already, but I live by this, bipolar is cyclical. I know it's hard to realize that when you are going thru such a tough time. You are not a failure, that is just the bipolar trying to tell you things that are not true. I hope you feel better soon.
