Hi all,

Just a reminder that we have our Bipolar Support Chat scheduled for Saturday 17 January 2015 10pm-11pm - EST in America . Please have a look at the forum under "Calendar" if you are unsure how to calculate the time zone in your area.

I have listed potential topics that we can discuss.

Please take a moment to have a vote on which topics you would like covered.

The Many Masks of Bipolar Disorder
Sharing our experiences we have according to our type of Bipolar Disorder diagnosis so that we understand one another better as members of a supportive psychcentral community (BP1, BP2, Rapid Cycling, Cyclothymic Disorder, Bipolar NOS)

Treatment Plans that you find effective
Sharing our experiences on treatment plans that have been beneficial to us

Touring the Bipolar Pharmacy
Unlocking our Bipolar Medicine Cabinet

Developing Essential Survival Skills
Exploring and sharing our own Self-Help Strategies, Therapies and Other Supports

Planning Ahead for a Mood Episode
What strategies can we share with one another that we can think of and use in our toolbox that we have thought of that may be beneficial to us if a mood episode does occur?

Getting Back to Work .... Or Not
How do we know when we are ready to go back to work? How do we transition back into it? Do you disclose at work?
Is not returning to work the right thing for you?

Now the old king is dead! Long live the king!
One minute I held the key
Next the walls were closed on me
And I discovered that my castles stand
Upon pillars of salt and pillars of sand
