i've been avoiding the bipolar forum for a while since i've been stable
i fear returning to the hell that was diagnosed as bipolar

i feel well, stable, even happy a little
will this wear off? i dont want to go back

Nice to read you've been doing well, recently. I prefer not to speculate with regard to whether or not these good feelings may wear off, elevatedsoul. I would prefer to see you simply revel in your present happiness.
Thanks for this!

In the years since I've been on meds, I've been stable much more than I've been un-. I know that means I've been fortunate. I sincerely hope you will be too.
