Im 57 I had been in a state of semi low depression for ten years until last May
during this time I have been physically and mentally slow and sluggish and full of aches and pains
In my opinion I would have become very unfit (I am 18 stone due to Olanzapine 5mg) Then in may I have hypomania and I have energy to burn
Physically I am like a teenager again. in short I feel old but hypomania
makes me feel fit.
Im back to feeling old and slowed down now
can you explain this ?

It could be that your medication has worn off. Maybe a new med would be worth checking into. Depression may have set in as well.

Best wishes.

Wow fingers, I bet that felt good, being hypo....but it hurts. The Ol bod can't keep up. That's one of my fears seeing quite a few of my alters are like way younger than me.
