So the 2 pdocs I saw in the hospital when I was in in September and my new one don't really believe in mixed states. They all just say mania or manic. I talked to my new pdoc today and asked him, "do you just not believe in mixed states?" And he said, no not really. He thinks I'm manic. But the only symptom I see is not sleeping much. I don't see me having any other symptoms of mania.
Idk, have any of you had pdocs not really believe in mixed states/episodes? |

DSM, the "bible", lists mixed as an approved diagnosis. So I do not understand the problem. I understand APs are good for agitated behavior. BWDIK
