I brought my husband in with me.We talked about the hospital, why I feel I "HAVE" to si, what med changes I had.

We decided:
that my meds need more time.
I'm psychotic often.
No kitchen for awhile
I can wait the two weeks it is to see pdoc
I need a pdoc that sees me monthly

I am so glad you got in to see your T. Are you going to go IP or was it just discussed as an option? Do you feel the session helped you? What is the game plan now? Sorry for all the questions, you don't have to reply. I am just concerned for you and care how things are going.

Are you going to go IP or was it just discussed as an option? I went IP last week but came out to early. It was more like "OMG, OMG L went to the hospital on her own (with PC) free will and checked herself in"

Do you feel the session helped you? Not really it was more catching T up and Q&A between my T and husband. We did go over the DSM 5 definition of psychosis and how it pertained to me. which sucked by the way.

What is the game plan now? For now it's sit back, wait and see how the meds effect me when they're fully in my system. By the Friday after next.
Thanks for this!

I hope your meds kick in sooner than later for you. Being psychotic must be terrible. Goodluck for the next few weeks. Keep us updated!
