Omg! I've been layed out for days dealing with this virus. The first couple days I was hypo so that the rushing train of the sickness was barley noticeable. Now I cycled depression, it's so much worst! I slept for 15 hours and can't get out of bed!

Why do bipolars have to deal with stuff so much worse? I have no desire for anything, like being here. I was having suicidal thoughts last night, but they were just thoughts. I hate being sick. It's always so much worse for us

I hope you are feeling better soon. What are you doing to feed your cold? Taking any vitamins? Chicken soup? Hmmm I should make some as I am feeling sick too.

Yes it's funny how our mood can swing based on being sick. When I have stomach flu I always get anxiety or panic attacks.

A virus is just going to run its course. All the pills one takes is to make the sickness more "comfy".

Today Im feeling great! It was 4 miserable days. I'm not at 100%, but I don't feel infectious anymore! Lol.

My mood is like, hey, I'm smiling.
