Omg! I've been layed out for days dealing with this virus. The first couple days I was hypo so that the rushing train of the sickness was barley noticeable. Now I cycled depression, it's so much worst! I slept for 15 hours and can't get out of bed!
Why do bipolars have to deal with stuff so much worse? I have no desire for anything, like being here. I was having suicidal thoughts last night, but they were just thoughts. I hate being sick. It's always so much worse for us ![]() |

I hope you are feeling better soon. What are you doing to feed your cold? Taking any vitamins? Chicken soup?
![]() Yes it's funny how our mood can swing based on being sick. When I have stomach flu I always get anxiety or panic attacks.
