Have you ever felt an intense pain plunging in your heart? Not even like depression, but like a manic dagger pushing down in your heart and a huge weight in your head. I am not depressed, I just feel intense pain. Emotional pain. Not even suicidal just an intensity that feels like I want to explode.
I pace around my room. I turn the tv on then off. I go to the computer to chat, exchange one sentence with someone and turn off the computer. I take a shower, stand under the water and feel the buildup in my eyes and the intense pain in my heart but there are no tears. So much pain. I have triggers in my life that are causing it, which I won't go into detail here because I want to discuss the intense pain. Do you feel it having bipolar? What is it? Where does it come from? In your heart? Your soul? Share your story with me. I would love to hear.

I have not had that exact pain but I have had the most incredible anxiety that usually revolves around my stomach...I don't know if this is a bipolar characteristic but it has happened 5 times since I have been diagnosed 13 years ago..I wish u luck

Thank you so much. Yes I feel the tightness in my stomach too. I am not sure if it is a bipolar characteristic myself. But its a weight indeed. Powerful. Strong and overwhelming. That's what I feel. The intense anxiety. It hurts so badly. Thank you for sharing and replying. It really helped.
