Sometimes I feel like I just annoy people. When people raise their voice at me, it kills me. It's not so bad with my medicine but it still hurts.

I feel that, but I have no idea if its true or if its just me. I don't know how to not feel it either.

Like after the hospital situation, I feel embarrassed and feel like people are judging me for it.

Are you seeing a T ? Mine has really helped me deal with feeling that way. I still struggle at times and I always will. But it is possible to work on self esteem/ self worth/ self love will indeed make things easier
