I was diagnosed with bipolar and my in laws are trying to help they invited a lady over who had bipolar but I felt uncomfortable talking with her bc My in laws didn't ask if I wanted to talk with her they kind of forced the whole thing on me and it was weird and awkward this is why I joined this site I am hoping to find support here from people who are going though or know about bipolar

You will find lots of support here from others who have the same problem to deal with. The circumstances may not have been ideal but I think it was great of your in-laws to try to help you with being BiPolar.

I think its great too that your in laws are supportive of you, you could be in a worse situation where they rebelled against you
