I'm sorry. That is such an uncomfortable feeling. Deep breaths. Maybe some calm music if you have access. Maybe do something physical real quick to get some energy out? Think sunshine and kittens or whatever gives you a warm, fuzzy feeling normally?

That really sucks. Can you call out of work? If not then maybe scream into a pillow, tear up a newspaper and throw the strips around, go hit a tree with a rake, something. Take a memo with your phone and scream out all the things you want to say to people who are pissing you off.

Hope it fades with the Xanax.

New here, but it's mentally re-assuring to see I am not the only one that goes through these things. I get so frustrated and wound up at times, and have broken/destroyed things in my rage (never hurt anyone physically, mentally is another story).

I, myself, have to keep in mind "This, too, shall pass". I have, as of today accepted my diagnosis and am going to be working towards a better, more stable me.

I'm here with ya, and congrats on making it through today, well, yesterday

I work again tonight- I always figure when it come to work it is better to be a bit dulled than angry. I wait tables and last night the dullness and misery must have been working for me bc I made great tips! Go figure
